    *stares* One wonder’s if he made it to the court room before the gavel fell…

  2. Actually the article said that the court people smelled alcohol from the man’s breath and did a test and found him to have alcohol in his blood exceeding the legal limits, after which he confessed having drunk-driven to the court. So bizarre.
